Womba Project is an initiative that has emerged from the union and the illusion of two young enterpreneurs who believe that another world is possible. We want to influence in the workplace, and beyond economic, political, social, educational and culture ambits. This adventure has sptung from the minds of two young girls who have decided to constitute Womba Project as a nonprofit organization in order to support culture and knowledge, trying to bring it closer to everyone, and also to carry out a socail work, trying to make real small dreams of people around us and most in need.

Womba is a word in Bakwiri (a Bantu dialect, spoken in the mountains of Cameroon). The is not an exact word to translate it, but the concept that it designates represents very well the spirit in which we tackle this project. Womba designates the shy smile which is prejected in our faces while we sleep. It is an image that shows a very strong feeling of hapiness, peace and prosperity. But above all, is an image that conveys a concept with which we want to reach all the households that we can, the power of dreams and hopes to make the impossible possible.

This project is characterized by a philosophy that wants to be different. Different to try to change everything that we do not like about the system in which we are, and always remain in the same way.

With this project we want to do our best for society, a society that cries out for a change. A change towards a better world in which we believe above all else.
