To carry out a project of this magnitude, it is needed to organize and coordinate in an orderly, clear, simple and consistent way. It is for this reason that we have devised two types of structures which we explain below.

Temporal structure

In order to be able to cope as best as we can to the demand that we hope to have, we have organized Songo and Benefik Cultural Center with parallel time tables.

In this way, we will ensure that the daily activity of both has a clear connection between the two parts of the project.

In regard to the schedules of each of the parts of the Womba Project, we have organized them in the following way:

In the Benefik Cultural Center, the schedule will be based on terms. We will make sure to have available the information from all our proposals early enough to let the citizens get an idea about what we will offer to decide which proposals are more suitable to their needs and interests. In addition, thanks to that, our mind will be able to think and look for future proposals and alternatives with enough time to modify them if someone aspect of programming fail.

In relation to Songo, obviously there will not be a strictly fixed schedule, as it is subject to changes constantly. Thus, it will enjoy considerable flexibility in their day to day according to the needs of individuals or entities we work with. Therefore, the social action programming inside Songo will not be able to make as far in advance as the Benefik Cultural Center. There will be only a few exceptions such as, for example, those charity events aimed at raising funds for our task (which itself will be divulged in advanced).

Internal structure

As expected, the main backbone of our internal organization will be weekly meetings which will be held with the entire project team. In this meetings we will discucc all those issues in our internal or external activity that may be related to Womba. Thus, the meetings will be aimed at the distributions of the task inside the workteam, budget issues, the organization of the different proposals of the program, everything related with the material available or necessary, etc. Everything of course according to their importance.

Womba has several channels of communication and diffusion of all decisions that have been taken (one of the points of our philosophy is the maximum transparency of our work, the will to make sure people know all our steps without hampering it). In this way, the website will be a basic and fundamental tool to act as link of communication between our organization and society. Reload often the information available on the web, in addition to diffusion of our work, our services and proposals, will be priority in our daily work.

Finally, according to the times in which we live and in order to reach as many people as possible, we will also inform of our actions through the social networks.
